I had a couple hour layover at Essex County Airport in a Cessna 182 as part of a Pilots N Paws rescue mission. Everyone from the line service to the front desk was amazing. I chose KCDW and Air Bound Aviation mainly for their fuel prices being the cheapest in the area. However, it was their customer service that ultimately sold me on returning in the future.
